Biography
As a fireman, Wilbur Levans was born on the 15th November 1979 blessed with the talent of singing & writing. Blessed because he inherited these great talent form both grandfather and father. With this talent he'd move throught competitions like a star.In 2001 he won the "In Search of a Stat" competition and then he moved on to bigger fish. He entered the Calypso monarch competition and won that for 3 years in a row, after his 3 years rain he decided to give someone else a chance and entered the Carib Soca Monarch.
